Due to hygiene considerations, we are unable to accept returns for earrings.
However, if you receive a jewelry item with a defect or quality issue, please contact us within two days of receiving your order, and we will gladly Return the item for you.
Incase of an item being defected, please reach out to us within two days of order delivery and we will exchange the item for you.
Unless there is a defend no exchanges are made because of our hygiene policy.
